This collection of Ray Bradbury short stories illustrated by Dave McKean and McKean’s graphic novel Cages are on their way in the mail! I’m stoked to finally have time to read now that I’m done with school. I’m currently knee deep in A Clash of Kings, having just finished A Game of Thrones a few days ago. Two of my roommates are reading the first book as well. All activity around our house has pretty much died, with the exception of reading. Even Big D, who usually disappears at sundown and staggers back just before sunrise, has been staying in at night with a book and a beer. I also picked up a Harlan Ellison short story collection, Shatterday, to read in between. I haven’t read any Ellison but I’ve heard much praise from many different people and look forward to reading it.
